So I got an Ebelskiver pan today and I’m ridiculously excited to use it. Ebelskiver’s are essentially puffy pancakes that can be filled with fruits, jams, chocolate, nuts, and cheese. I will post some pictures of my ebelskivers tomorrow. Eeeeep I can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow. Hasta manaña!
