So I had the pleasure of working the prep shift for Amstel Light Burger Bash. I got the opportunity to work along side chefs from Village Whiskey in Philly and Green House Tavern in Ohio. The chefs were so helpful and after 4 hours of slicing tomatoes I learned how to make perfectly even slices. I jinxed myself because on my way I told my bf that I would be cutting tomatoes the whole time and voila I did. It didn’t matter because these chefs are so talented and a real inspiration.
I also made a stop at 4D gelato after my shift and I swear I have never tasted a more creamy and outstanding gelato in my life! I had hazelnut and coffee. Simply delicious.
